This is a simple blog that I'm using to document my weight loss progress. It sucks to be fat, so I'm hoping that a bit of accountability as well as some hard work will pay off.

Push Ups
I used to be able to do 100-200 push ups a day. But I haven't done those kinds of numbers in a few months. So when I tried last night, I did 40 and it was tough! I did another 40 this morning and I'm hoping to get back into my high rep push ups.
