Well its been a while, but I'm excited to say that I started jogging. I ran about 2 miles and walked 1.8 the first time. Then I went out again to make sure that I ran the whole thing. I did it! 3.8 miles! I did it non-stop!
Then last night my wife and I took it easy by walking 4.5 miles...that was done in 1.5 hours.
I haven't lost more weight, but my cardio is improving. I find myself still eating junk...especially when I am bored.
I fight with my mind all the time about eating. Argh its super frustrating.
